BriTTany got her start in the industry as a journalist for newspaper, magazine and online media, gaining her experience through covering local and national news, events, entertainment, music, fashion and editorial features. She’s known for interviewing various Hollywood and music industry elites such as Kevin Hart, Brandy, Questlove, as well as many other celebrities, entertainers, and professional athletes. Yet, throughout her career BriTTany was always told she had an entrepreneurial spirit, as she was called in many times as a "fixer" for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, media, small business and entertainment projects and clients. Hence, this pushed her to become the boss of her many talents.
After the success of her projects where she produced a television show in New York City on Time Warner Cable, as well as creative directed a music video that landed on MTV, BriTTany decided it was time to put both her, and her team’s array of talents under one umbrella and founded deLane' Media & Management Group, LLC - a niche media, public relations and brand management company.
BriTTany personally and professionally provides various services which include consulting, public relations, brand development, creative directing photo and video shoots, media coaching, image consulting, styling and makeovers, fashion development for brands and clients, as well as ghost services for firms and their clients as an advisor, connector, writer, editor, radio and television show creation and formatting specialist, creation and campaign development for brands and client clothing and accessory lines, as well as for tech, health, beauty and fitness ventures. Some noted clients and brands include Gospel Goodies (top gospel entertainment and inspiration media platform), The Young Professionalist (noted Millennial Career Blogger, Influencer, and Expert), Tracey Moore (renowned celebrity acting coach, producer and director), Ian Rappaport (NFL Media insider / TV Analyst), Dale Moss (NFL Athlete, Fitness Model and Personality), as well as other NFL players and athletes, actors, influencers, beauty and lifestyle professionals, entertainment and public relations firms and more. One of BriTTany’s most remarked works is her role as the publicist and brand manager of the late Plus-Size Super Model Mia Amber Davis Yard (best known for her role as Rhonda in the movie Road Trip and working with Kimora Lee Simmons and other heavy hitters in fashion), booking her for TV, doing her website and media relations, as well as handling all press during her untimely and sudden passing.
As her career developed, BriTTany began to see she was purposed to do much more, and had a "movement" in her as well that needed to be birthed. In early 2014, BriTTany stepped on out on faith to fulfill a vision God gave her by becoming the talent herself as a model and media personality, and also launched Pretty - and Big Too! - a movement and a revolution that's unique approach is engaging the hearts of many. BriTTany has made it her obligation to inspire women of all shapes and ethnicities by cultivating change in how young women view themselves by providing a platform in which they can relate. She encourages readers to rise above how the cultures perceives them to ultimately build their self-confidence one post at a time. Consequently, PABT and BriTTany received national exposure with features in The Examiner, Kontrol, Manik, ModelCall, Woman’s Elevation, Designer Original and Urban Romance magazines, as well as Radio 103.9 New York with host La Loca in The City.
Currently BriTTany is based in Miami, and outside of her business projects and working as a media personality and correspondent, she actively provides Christian-based inner healing for both women and men, and also donates her services to the Christian community and those in need. In the near future, BriTTany is seeking to have her own talk show both on TV and radio, as well as a novel inner and outer beauty transformation reality show. Furthermore, BriTTany is seeking to launch her own couture dress collection and a lifestyle faith-inspired T-Shirt line.
